Orders to Sweden will be delivered by either PostNord or DHL Freight.
Orders to Rest of the World will be delivered by DHL Express.

We offer 12-24 hours LOCAL DELIVERY in Stockholm city, Sweden.
1-2 working days FREE DELIVERY IN SWEDEN.
International order delivery fees are calculated at the checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Domestic order processing take no longer than one working day.
International order processing will take between 1-3 days.
We try our best to label, box, and ship out your order the same day you placed it.
We offer 12-24 hours free door to door delivery through Stockholm City, even during the weekends.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

All of the products available for sale are properly inspected by our experienced staff.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes we do. Our flagship store is located in Bondegatan 48, 116 33 Stockholm.
WHAT'S THE CONDITION SCALE OF THE PRODUCTS?
We have the following condition scale:
Brand-New – Never been worn, with original tags/packaging intact.
Very Good- Pristine condition, almost like brand new.
Excellent – Worn carefully a handful of times, no flaws or marks. Original packaging may be included.
Good – Worn but still in wearable condition. May have slight flaws or marks, but no holes or rips.
Fair – Worn several times, and most likely to have heavier flaws or marks.
Poor – Worn many times, fair amount of flaws and stains present.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS BACK TO HYPESTEIN?
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to refund any items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if present).
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted you will get the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns at the given moment.
